Super Bowl

This years super bowl is going to be interesting at least. One on side you have the hard-hitting smash mouth Pittsburgh Steelers. On the other, you have the surprising at least, high flying Arizona Cardinals. I mean who thought that at the beginning of the season, let alone the beginning of the playoffs that the Cards would be in the super bowl? There run to Tampa is simply amazing. First the Atlanta Falcons visited the desert, neither team was a pick by many to win the super bowl so it was simply just an elimination game and nothing more. Someone forgot to tell Kurt Warner that, who played that game and his other two playoff games like they were indeed the Super Bowl and by doing that, the Super Bowl is exactly where he is going. After taking care of the Falcons they went on to Carolina to pummel the Panthers, then held off the Eagles at home a week later. The Steelers didn't just get an invitation to Tampa either. After a first round bye they beat the smoking hot San Diego Chargers, then handled the Ravens in one of the more defensive playoff battles in recent memory. That being said, it is going to be a great matchup. The supercharged Cardinals offense led by Kurt Warner versus the smothering Steelers D led by Troy Polamalu. It should be a good battle. Vegas has the line on this one as the Steelers holding a 7 point favorite. My personal perdiction is that the Steelers will cover. I will be rooting for the Cardinals because im a root for the underdog kind of guy, but I just think that the Steelers D will be too much for Kurt and towards the end when the Cardinals are trying to make a late fourth quarter comeback Polamalu will come up with a key interception and take it to the house. In my opinion Polamalu will also be the MVP with around seven tackles and two interceptions with one being returned for a touchdown. I think that the final score will be Steelers: 28 Cardinals: 17. I think Warner will go something like 20-32 with 2 td's 2 ints and around 250 yards. Big Ben around 17-28 1 td and no interceptions with around 180 yards. Look for Willie Parker to have around 110 yards with the Cardinals entire running game with around 80.
